Inés de Alvear Trenor

Inés de Alvear Trenor is a partner in the commercial law practice of ProLaw Abogados.
Prior to joining ProLaw, she worked at the law firm Figaredo & Asociados, (1992-2000) and at Uría Menéndez, (2000-2013), where she founded the firm's defense and aerospace practice group and coordinated the Israeli country desk.
Her professional practice has focused on the commercial area, advising on:

Mergers and acquisitions, purchase agreements for shares, branches of activity, assets.
Associative agreements, contracts between shareholders, joint ventures, AIE, collaboration agreements.
Corporate law, advice to Spanish and foreign companies, including large corporations, in statutory reforms, board secretariats, corporate restructuring of corporate groups, obligations and responsibility of directors, corporate governance, conflicts between partners.
Corporate Governance.
Commercial agreements, contracts for the provision of services, distribution and logistics.
Public procurement and teaming agreements to participate in public tenders.
Advice on financing projects and EPC contracts.
Inés regularly advises institutional and industrial clients in transnational acquisition operations and in the issues of their current activity, including those of corporate governance.
